Camelford Walkers
About us:
We’re a group of individuals who choose to walk together, most Thursday afternoons, in most weather conditions, so come prepared. We meet at Camelford’s new community hub, the Old Bank, in the old NatWest Bank building in Market Place, at 12.45 for a 13.00 start. We formed in the autumn of 2016 and now have 35 members signed up. Dogs are allowed if well-behaved. We charge £2 each to include hot drink and home-made cake back at the Old Bank at the end of the walk.

Our Walks:
We have now planned walks to the end of February, and there are always shorter options for those unable to do the longer walks. We alternate walks that start from the Old Bank, using local footpaths and lanes, with walks that necessitate a drive first (to Bude, Boscastle, Tintagel or further afield) when we meet in Camelford’s Churchfield car park. Walks vary in length from an hour to 4 hours, but there are always shorter routes on which someone will accompany you.

Contact Helen Wood: 01840 212161 or by email and we welcome new people.
